Refund & Return Policy

At Uniquemart Global, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our refund & return rules carefully to avoid misunderstandings.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

You unbox the product on camera (full uncut video required)

The request is made within 24 hours of delivery


We do not accept returns for:

Wrong size orders placed by the customer

Customer remorse (“not needed anymore”, “changed mind”)

Customized or personalized products

Products without video proof of unboxing

 

2. Return Request Process

To request a return:

1. Email us at support@uniquemartglobal.com


2. Attach your order number, unboxing video, and issue details


3. Our support team will verify and update you within 48 hours

 


3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only if:

Product is verified as defective/damaged

Return is approved by our QC team


Refund Method:

Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method

COD orders → refunded via bank details or UPI


Processing Time:

Verification: 2–3 working days

Refund completion: 5–7 working days
(Bank delay may apply)

 

4. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be shipped only after the defective item is returned to us.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be cancelled automatically.

Customized orders

Gift cards, offers & coupons

Products without the unboxing video

Clearance/sale items

 

7. Shipping Charges

Return pickup charges may apply depending on the product category.

Shipping fee is non-refundable unless the product delivered was incorrect.
